Rather than ridicule you for asking questions I'll give you some information...
I'm not sure where you are from but enclosures are generally made to suit the climate in the area that you live. Example: if you live in the south you can use screen because generally the temps are where they need to be. But if you live in Canada like I do you have to build an enclosure out of wood and plexi-glass or glass to keep the temperatures inside the enclosure.
My enclosure for my three year old iguana is 6ft (tall) X 6ft (Wide) X 4ft (Deep). So remember you are going to need a fair size of space for it.
A humidifier may not be necessary it's best to see what the temperatures and humidity levels are in the enclosure after it is built so you don't go out and spend money you don't need too.
If you want to use a type of screen, Hardware cloth is the best. Most home building supply places carry it. Don't even consider chicken wire or rabbit wire it will rip off toes or the iguana may get tangled up in it as well. But you may want to use a metal wire on the top depending on what lighting you are going to put on top of it. Hardware cloth will melt.
Lighting should generally be on 8:00am to 8:00pm in the fall to winter and 7:30am to 8:00pm in the spring and summer months.
Make sure your iguana has a spot where the UVB lights are at least 12" from him/her probably the basking spot at the top.
Hope this gives you some ideas.

: would a humidifier do the work of keeping the right humidity?
: what is a good covering to use. I know screening won't hold. I don't want to use wire. But i want something strong and cheap and soft to his iggy nose
