Phoenix Outdoors All Year

Every winter I am forced to have two cages that I move my big green girl back and forth every morning and every night. I need some ideas from anybody that lives in Phoenix that has an outdoor setup that not only works good, but also looks good. She stays outside all summer, and I would like to keep her uotside all year.
