iZ's varies a bit with the seasons and the timing of sunrise ... generally his schedule is closer to 14/10 ... but i would tend to think that a younger ig might benefit from more sleep (same as little humans need more than adults) ...

with young igs, being sleepy in the daytime can be part of a "growth spurt" thing too ~ same as really really hungry one day and not the next?
but even iZ has days where he's ready for bed early and then the next day tries to convince me to let him stay up all nite ... :)

just make sure it's fairly dark at nite for him and fairly *quiet* as well so he gets good quality sleep ... (+ warm of course! :) )
