If you were to eat a real dandelion leaf they are just as bitter.

But I have heard of many iguana's getting ill from red swiss chard. It has a long red stem and leaves the same shape as dandelion leaves except usually larger. As long as it wasn't rubarb which is deadly to iguana's I'm sure they will recover in a few days.

: Well hopefully they will be okay... throwing up was a good thing to get it out of their system. I wonder what that was. There are veggies with red stems, but none that look like dandelion greens. I would just tell the store manager that you need the other dandelions or that these are mislabled (see what they are exactly).
