HELP!

i'd say you need to get him to a REPTILE vet asap ...~especially~ since he is in distress (ie: limping/favoring that foot)
there are sooooo many things it could be that all we can do here is guess at it .... but since we are guessing it is potentially serious - get to a vet! my worry is that he could have fractured a bone in his foot somehow ... it needs to be evaluated ... very possible that he will need an antibiotic, and if that is the case, they need to be started asap!
hopefully it is nothing major, but like i said, we can't tell from here ....
i can't stress enough the importance of finding a vet who KNOWS igs ....
