The diet NEEDS help. Drop the lettuce and dry food. Use collard, mustard, turnip, and dandelion greens, green beans or snow peas, winter squash, etc. I have plenty of links including Mr D's site.
The baskingSpot is a good place for beginners.

Iguanas LOVE to lepa and jump. He probably will be ok as long as he inn't developing MBD from that diet.
