I agree with Xta that working under it all day might not be the best idea. My roomate has a Cham who semi free roams his room, he is getting an Active UV light for him and directing it towards a corner in the room to prevent so many rays from going elsewhere, also he is thinking of using tinfoil to direct more of the heat and light. He is using the lowest wattage available as well.
