iZ *does* make this very very quiet little noise sometimes ~ i can only think to describe it as the ig-version of purring ~ i can only hear it if his head is resting on my shoulder and then, if he is VERY happy + content, he makes this little clicking sound ~ no real rhythm + usually not for very long ...

maybe Spike was just saying "good morning" ...???
