FOGGERS???

Is it of any use to put one of those fogging systems in an iguana cage or is it just another attempt from a company trying to sell you a product you don't need. I was thinking of maybe using a cool/mist humidifier you can by at Wal-Mart for human use. Would that work in the same way???
