leafy greens *do* have some protein ... and generally beans are high in protein ~ (the exception being 'green beans', they're more *green* than *bean* + have little protein ...)
soy beans (NOT sprouts!) and kidney beans are high in protein ...
there IS such a thing as "too much of a good thing" tho ~ too much plant protein is hard on the kidneys (tho NOT as hard as animal protein is) ...
very important to make sure the ig is WELL hydrated if you're going to be giving extra protein ...
