We are supposed to put the lights on 12 hours a day. That doesn't mean that she will die if she doesn't get that light for 1 or 2 days. A healthy iguana will require time to go downhill.
My vet thinks all my iguanas should get 10 minutes a day of the real stuff. Take advantage of the real stuff now while the temperature is reasonable. I used alot of the real stuff before I learned that Samantha needed a UVB light. Others did also. That real sun is better than any light.
