Rhino Iguana's enclosure...please look

Hello all. I am considering getting a Rhino Iguana, and had a few questions first. I have seen a certain design used for this species that it is just a wall about 3 1/2 feet tall, all around the area that is in the cage, and is open top. This would be in my garage, and heated with basking lamps and hanging UV lights from above. Basically what Im asking is would a full grown rhino iguana be able to escape? I know they only get about 4 feet, and are not that arboreal, so i wouldnt have like big limps he could jump out of the enclosure from, but does anyone else use this design? I have seen it at various zoos for rhino iguanas, and other species. Would this be ok? Thanks in advance, and any links to good info, or advice anyone has would be appreicated.
