I personally would not have them treated. I would, however, take another sample in 1 month to double check. If he is not confident in his parasite finding abilities, you may want someone else to do the fecal check. I have never had a vet suggest deworming my lizards anyway! And their tests have either been positive, negative, or (let's keep an eye on this & check again in a couple months--which meant borderline levels of natural intestinal flora).
