i run into that prob with iZ in the winter months (his light/dark schedule starts with sunrise ...) and gotta give him his food before i leave for work at 6.30am ... talk about getting the EVIL eye!!! iZ has never been a morning kinda guy ... :)

i wouldn't worry toooooooo much about it + if your schedule is like mine, there's not much you could do to change it anyway ... i just make every attempt to be as quiet + unobtrusive as possible and if he *does* wake up, i *whisper* "good morning" and leave him alone right away ...
