I think she is puffing up with disapproval. One instance was just the other night. When I have her out, I will pet her all over so that she gets used to it. I decided to start using an emery board on her nails. I had her on the bed and I was slowly trying to hold each of her tiny toes and run the nail gently over the emery board. She took it for a little while then brought down the dewlap and became as tall as she could on all fours. Then slowly started to sneak off.

I don't know who was funnier to watch, me trying to file down those tiny nails or Sneakers all puffed up. They're hard to see even with my glasses on. Where is the camcorder when you need one? hehehe
