Yes I'd make that other vet appointment when you get back. It isn't a rush job but she'll need a vet fer sure to amputate those toes, and I'd suggest some bloodwork done while there too. The missing claws will more than likely grow back (at a snails pace) as long as the scales are intact.
What a very caring igmom! She'll be just fine with the amputated toes. They are such resilient lizards!
