Dry gangrene/vesticular dermatitis

Help! My new iguana has one of these of both! In 3 days I am going to NC and cannot schedule a vet app until then, if I have the cash! 3 of her toes are black, hard and unbendable. Also the claws have stopped growwing on all three. A herp expert told me to let her soak in warm water for an hour, buy shed ease and liquid vitamin B, and to pick off the loose scales. I did it and swelling went down in the worst, and I have been repeating the treatment for 3 days so far. There are no rings of unshed skin that I can see, so now I don't know what to do. HELP!
