He's not hardly eating anything for 6 weeks? I'd worry if my iggies were losing noticeable weight during the summer months breeding season or not. What's his poopin like? Something else may be going on. Keeping him warm? When's the last time he had a fecal analysis? Maybe start there.
What you can do is next time he poops....let it sit in the pan...a few days....poop should disintegrate with digested matter at the bottom...and if there are adult (hook, round, pin) worms present you will see em wiggling around at the bottom of the pan! eeeww groosss huh lol!!
Have him weighed at the vet and see bout a dewormer if he needs it.
PS Im so jealous yer in NM! I love NM!! The summer rains there are absolutely wonderful and HARD...but it shouldn't be getting cold there...so doubt that the rains (being cold) are slowing down his appetite.
