The next is one, which I have seen repeatedly in captive Igs. I have always thought it was due to lack of natural sun and or inappropriate lighting. However, in your case maybe it is due to a problem processing the D3 due to stress or physiological reasons. Keep in mind I am just guessing here. Let me know if you figure out the cause.
