If you are getting liquified food down him,,then that's great! YOu just have to be careful not to feed to much to fast as they can choke on it or it may go down the wrong way and cause aspiration of he lungs.(think I've got that right,,Bon??)
Pedylite has lots of good stuff for dehydration for them,better than just plain water.Ensure has lots of good stuff for him also,so that's why I recommended it mixed with pureed collards and veggies.1cc is good for such a small one.It's been yrs and yrs since i worried with one that small,so I'm not sure on the amount you should try to get down him.YOu don't want to stress him tho,so don't force anymore than he's willing to eat or that he's allowing you to give him.
The temps seem fine and great that you're misting him often.
Like someone else mentioned tho,,you really do need a good herp vet.There are several lists where you can find one.
