potty training

I know that this subject has been brought up a lot and I am sorry to do it again but I am having problems with mine. I have read all previous posts. I had Baby potty trained once and then I had to move. Since (4 months) then he will not work with me. He hates the tub and after 3 days of tub pooping he will rip me to shreds before he will let me put him back in the tub - and he will refuse to go. Even if I know he has to. His best trick after tub poping is to pop on the floor later in the day. He hasn't picked a favorite spot so I can't work on that. And he hasn't picked a time of day. One day it is early the next it is late. The harder I try the more he tries to tell me that he is the boss. The first time only took about a week and he picked a spot and stuck with it. Any sudgestions would be welcomed. Thanks.
