Blue Diamond Iguanas: How big do they get? Please Help!

My petstore is telling me that their Blue Diamond Iguanas only get about 3' when full grown. If it were anywhere else I would think they were just trying to sell me an animal but I really do trust these people. I bought all of my snakes from them and they are very knowledgeable about caring for animals (I've compared their advice with numerous caresheets, etc.). My question is...how big do they get and if 3', what size enclosure do they need. Thanks in advance.
