Ben has never given me a hard time clipping and filing his nails (What few he has on his front feet).

I'll have to post a picture of his front claws so you guys can see how deformed they are. The good news is that the two claws he does have on his front claws are nice and sharp! It's also true that their nails do grow back but chances are they will be quite deformed but you could get lucky and I have definately seen worse! The same goes for spikes as well because Ben's got a few points rising currently that were missing before.

The only claws that you really have to keep an eye on are the ones that turn inwards because they tend to get caught on the back ones when walking and climbing. Sometimes they can even rip off a good claws(which nobody wants to see!) so keep them trim and try to file smooth especially with the inwards ones.

Anyways, you definately have a great iguana in Floyd and never reject a good tongue lashing!
