"Winter appetite"

I know that iguanas tend to slow down on their eating during the winter months, but exactly how low does it get. My iguana is about 1.5 yrs old, 32" total length(8"svl). He eats maybe the equivalent of 1/3 cup or so, tops!. Is this normal. (had him tested for parasites and worms, came up clean) any suggestions???
