what foods do you avoid?

: Personally I completely avoid both spinach and kale. I thinkthat its because of this my igs are especially healthy. I know others who keep igs well but feed a lot of KAle and have very lethargic fat pale tan colored igs. Mine are all well muscled, green and active no matter what size. I think that the Kale fed once prob have hypothyroid Dz or something. : So I was wondering if others also avoid these or other foods and whether their igs are well muscled, active and green (even the big ones) or not. : Amanda
