Hmmmmm...let's see - today on the menu we served up fine dishes heaped with:
- collards
- dandelions
- watercress
- parsley
- rainbow chard
- carrot tops
- kohlarbi tops
- beet tops
- shredded carrot
- shredded zucchini
- shredded butternut squash
- prickly pear
- mango
- a few hibiscus flower petals
Of course, as per usual, the bulk is the collards, dandelions and watercress :) We always try to offer at least 10 different items with each salad just to keep them happy :)
