Male igs vs human females

Of all the paranoia of male iguanas, and human females (menstrual cycles, additional breeding season aggression, etc) I have never seen anything to support this.

While I do not discount that there are some males that will exhibit this, I have trouble believing that this is a rule, or even in the majority.
