He used to be so sweet~ Than i took him from the tiny home they had him in and built him a castle to live in and made him eat all the healthiest of foods! How does he repay me?? By lunging at me and biting me!owwww!~ What people tell me is you have to assert your dominance over him and show no fear~ Its not the easiest thing to do because those razor sharp teeth are scary!LOL~ But i still take him out and try to make him understand i am the boss! He has this evil people eye look that lets me know he doesn't buy it though!~ Of every lizard I have owned Iguana's are the hardest to tame and hardest to take care of~ So why do i love them so much????? As far as being nicer to you if you are a girl....Ummmmmm.....errrrr......HUH??? The only people that I can think of that would say that is petstore people that just want you to buy it so they can make there money!~ If it is breeding season it is no set time~ Sometimes it lasts a couple months and sometimes they just stay brats all year round~I have talked to lots of iggy owners and no two iggys seem to be alike~ Iggys tend to have a mean streak in them though~ My husband is just waiting for my baby Rocko to bite me!LOL~ He says that it must not be an iggy if it doesn't bite!hehehe~ Of course he loves his Uro's and doesn't truly understand my love for iguana's.....hmmm.....I am not sure i understand my obsession with them!LOL!~
