Mulberry leaves, roses, and carnations????

i got this care sheet fromm my vet today, and in it it says iguanas should eat, among other things, mulberry leaves, roses, carnations, nasturtiums and hibiscus. Also, it said that broccoli, cabbage, and kale can cause thyroid problems....ALSO it said you should give them timothy hay....the flowers sounded kinda strange though, does anyone have any ideas about feeding igs these things?
