Hi shelby!
Mine does the same thing.. lunges himself at me
and the food bowl (only when I touch the food
bowl).. I am not sure if he's hungry (think so)
or if he's like protecting the food bowl. I think
he is jsut a pig! lol He gets fed a big bowl of
greens and salad in the morning than more greens
in the afternoon... I just let him bite me (I
don't have gloves, but his teeth don't hurt too
bad yet, he's 2+yrs old and a little over 3')
So far tho.. letting him bite me doesnt' seem to
help.. he just tries again then gives up... but
next time he still tries.. every time he bites.
No matter how many times I let him bite me, the
next time he'll do it again and again. He's done
that since I got him, always been a biter, never
tail whips.
I'm not sure how to break the habit, I've tried
ignoring him, I've tried standing real big with
my elbows out and taling in a deep loud voice
"no wasabi, bad wasabi!" but he still does it.
The main reason I'm writing is in hopes this
thread will get larger and attract more help,
since we're both in the same situation. :)
(and you know you're not the only one! lol)
