I have had and iguana for about a year, which I adopted as an adult. When I got him, I bought a realy large size red heat lamp. It looked like something that would heat french fries in a restaurant and sometimes I worried that it was actually too hot. Well, it finally burned out. I went today and bought a 150 watt black heat lamp (ESU Reptile Brand). Compared to the old lamp, it doesn't put out nearly as much heat. He is in a very large and nice enclosure and I have the lamp about two feet above the spot where he likes to sit and bask. Does this sound like something that will put enough heat out for him. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
