Come to think of it it WOULD generate a lot more income for the state of New York. Think of all of those extra enforcment people that will have to be hired. Think of all of those training classes that these people will have to go through. Think of all of that extra paper work, the videos, all of the extra training papers relating to training the new task force to enforce the new laws and reconize what is legal or not. LOL !
