cage?

hi. i got a bird cage from my cousin. i was wondering if i can keep my baby ig in it. the cage is 15 in. long, 13 1/2 in. wide, and 19 in. high. is this big enrough for him? he is 11 in. right now he is in a 20 gal. tank with the uvb light, basking light, and branches.
