Oh, Louie just loves her mirror, and headbobs, looks around like "ok there's an iggy here...but not here!" (looking to side of mirror) It's the cutest thing ..."I swear there's an iggy here but why only in this little square??" I've never seen her act aggressively at it, in fact she sleeps in front of it every night, facing it like she wants to cuddle with another igg or something..although I would never put another igg in with her..it just seems like she wants a playmate and is pretty amused with her own image because it keeps her company LOL ...


: I am unsure about your iguana opening his mouth, are you sure he wasn't yawning? I've seen mine do that, but I don't think it's likely that's what it was. Just a guess though. As for the head bobbing, that is very common in igs. It's not necessarily aggressive, just a dominating/territorial thing. Also sort of a mating ritual. They especially do this when they see themselves in front of a mirror. Mine is obsessed with himself in the mirror. However, it's best to keep them away from mirrors because they can get aggressive and hurt themselves. Hope that helps any...
