To The person (or persons) who made there iggy leashes

Can you explain how its been done and where you got the stuff to make them. Double D is going through withdrawls I can not fidn her leash anywhere and Shes not getting to go out in this nice sunshinny weather and I really dont want to drive 40 mins and pay another 13 for another leash, Actually its the driving part as the local store is never stocked UGH. So any ideas or help is appreicated.
