pet store problem?!?!

hi everyone. i just got back from my cousin's house. while i was over there, we went to a pet store. they had some baby igs over there, with a care sheet about them. on the care sheet it said that juvenile igs can be fed a cricket occasionally. everything that i read about igs said that they can not eat ANY kind of meat. well, can they eat an occasional cricket or not??? if not, should i talk with the people that work at the store??? what would ya'll do?
