I remember Vega$ as a new iglet wouldn't eat much right away. At
that time, I only had romaine lettuce in the fridge which she nibbled at.
I started her on MK diet the next morning, introducing the new
veggies slowly; she'd nibbled a little bit and eventually worked
up an appetite and adjusted to the diet.
I have been providing fresh food for Vega$ daily, first thing
in the morning til she goes to bed at night. Igs are grazer..not
necessarily eating their food at one set time.
To build up a relationship with Vega$ intially, I'd ig-proof
the bedroom. I'd close the door and let lil Vega$ iglet hang out
on the bed. I held her lots as a baby..but gave her
the chance to explore things. It takes time and I can say that
the time is well worth it. Vega$ is a sweetheart now :)
