My Iguanas always slow down on their feedings in the winter.It sounds to me(and this is highly speculative,because I do not know how they are maintained)like your male may be searching for heat.Also,perhaps the male is feeling dominated by the new found aggressiveness of your female.I also support Ig03's idea on perhaps her being gravid,though typically Iguana's breed in the late spring.Impaction(from the sand) is another possibility that if you think may be the case,you should seek veterinary help ASAP.Impaction would definiately cause him to stop eating.Good luck with them,and best wishes.
