OH yikes Mood swings just what this house will need, its all ready going to have four women in the house and now a mood swining iggy LOL. I think ill talk to dh about giong for the xray's im sure hes not against it as each and every time he sees her he asks are you sure she dosent have eggs LOL, yeah ill just get out my xray vision and tell him LOL. Do you have any pics of iggy eggs? I have never seen one. Hey I have a few people id like to throw somthing at can I get a couple of those frozen solid eggs LOL. One good thing is this guy seems to be very iggy savy. Was able to answer all my questions and the things you guys told me to watch for and ask and see if he knew about sure helped ;o). The vet even quized me on our first visit on how I was caring for her. I will defintly have to wait until next week at least unless she starts showing ANY signs of not eating or restless ness or that. Pay week is next week LOL. Has Mel FINALLY stopped laying eggs?? I havent seen an update on her but ive been pretty busy and not on here much lately.

: Any other ig and I would vote for just keep an eye on things but where as she was not in great health when you got her -my vote would be vet for x-rays and calcium blood level check so you know whether or not supplementation is in order for her!

: Then the best thing and of us can do is to wait it out ... and believe me it isn't always easy. Even after we made Mel a beautiful nesting box -she has never been interested. She lays her eggs where ever and whenever the urge hits and then wait for Mr D and only Mr D to come collest them and clean the mess that somes along with the eggs.

: We had months of mood swings from her and they haven't gone away. As for the swelling thing -Mel did that too and we that was the story of the vet who $#*(@* for $200.00 and swore she wasn't gravid. I have a freezer full of her eggs that I am waiting to dump on his desk.
