: They are also wild animals, who are very capable of inflicting a serious wound, and so much more. Iguana's, like all animals.. (and sometimes people too!) are unpredictable. You must ALWAYS have your guard on, no matter what. A seemingly calm and tranquil situation can turn nasty in a split second.
