ALMOST FORGOT...MITE QUESTION!HELP!!!!

Isis's question-I has those little red mites but the vet gave me a shot and I think they are gone but if they come back do you, my gods and heroes, (heehee ;-) that is wink) have any home remedies???? Thanx a bunch!
