I see a couple problems here.
1) diet needs much improvement-try collard, mustard, turnip and dandelion (yes you can buy this) greens and winter squash.
2) This black may be fungus-if so it WILL kill her unless you get her to a vet familiar with reptiles.
3)The wire cage-is this a metal wire cage ot a plastic wire cage. Females may also injuy feet digging and this can get infected and this can turn into dry gagerine which may also kill.
