Ok, some more info...the branches are actually bigger pieces of sterilized driftwood (no cedar!) that I got at a reptile show a while ago. I didn't even think about the moss and bark being a problem. I use it in my higher humidity day gecko enclosures, no dust when it's that damp. I should have thought about that. I knew that iggies do sneeze, just worried about the combination of wheeze and sneeze. The lights are actually different lights. Two Zoo Med Reptisuns (are the Iguana ones better or just the same?), and one UVHeat bulb that I think is called a Dragon Light. I have a problem with natural light here because it's too cold to give unfiltered sunlight. I'll remove all of the stuff and clean it(get rid of moss and bark). I've been feeding spinach, zucchinni, carrots, peas, romain, dandelions, bannanas, and Zoo Med juvenile food. I got some better food ideas after hitting some of your guys' mentioned sites, so I will be adjusting her diet a bit. I think I'll change mine too :) Problem is the grocery store in my town has a rotten selection of greens. Oh well, gotta commute anyway. There is one decent reptile vet about an hour from me...she has iguanas too. I've taken my chams and geckos to her and not had problems. Recommended readings? I have a couple of books, but what would be the best books/sites? My books are not as in depth as I need, I'm finding out. Thanks again for all the help and comments...

: Devaney has started to make little clicking sounds every once in a while that are alarming me. While sitting on my shoulder just now, she let out a couple of sneezes. I am quite concerned and I will be scheduling a vet appointment tomorrow...but how in the world may she have gotten a respiratory infection? She is about 5" SVL and is in a temporary 100 gallon tank with a partial screen top(working on setting up a bigger enclosure, eventual free roam). The tank is dry except for a water dish that she can lay in (~10"), moss and bark substrate, lots of branches to climb, UV heat light and reptile lights. Fed a mixture of veggies and iguana food, fruits every once in a while, lots of dandelions (she really likes those) Since I live in WA, she's an indoor iggie until later this spring. I just got her about 3 weeks ago. I have kept lots of geckos and chameleons, but this is my first iguana. What did I do wrong? I know a glass tank is bad, but it's temporary and more than adequate for her size, plus it's not totally enclosed...but could that be the reason for the possible infection? Thanks for any help...Dakota
