I'm going insane!!!! I just got "Iguanas for Dummies" In some of the other books I've read, zuccinni, cucumbers, romaine lettece are all good (more than one book/site, hence my using them in Devaney's diet) This book says they're junk food. Good Lord, does anyone agree? I found collard and mustard greens today for her. Alfalfa is no problem, I have horses. Travis, I'm hesitantly taking out the Dragonlight. I have never seen a better light, and they far surpass the Reptisuns as far as more natural light goes. My geckos and chams like them best, which is why I wanted to try it on her. But I agree with you in that it may be overpowering in a 100 gallon. I just hope the Reptisuns are enough. Took out the substrate. Well, the vet took today and the weekend off, so she won't be in until Monday. Guess I'll see her then.

: You have to clean anything you put in the cage right before you put it in ( just to be safe ) . If you are using a dragon light ( active uv ) in a 100 gal tank your should take it out and use a heat bulb . Active uv ( used to be known as Dragonlight ) is not made for use in a small tank . you diet could use a little work also go look at www.iguanaden.com and http://www.sonic.net/melissk/frame.html .
