Despite what anyone may tell you, given that there are multiple health issues happening at the same time, the best place to start would be a trip to the vet. Yes, there are certain "home remedies" that you can use for certain symptoms and ailments but until you know exactly what you are dealing with a qualified vet should be #1 on the list of places to start. Regardless of how knowledgable someone may sound out here there is absolutely no way anyone could diagnose your ig via the internet, no matter how hard they try. Keep in mind that qualified vets are prohibited from even attempting to do this.
