Not looking good...PLEASE HELP...(more)

Well I sat down for an hour today with my father to discuss plans more. I am not sure whats going to happen now. He feels it will take to long to build the cage. Are main problem is I was going to use a lot of plywood, which would take a lot of time to seal. He mentioned using pressure treated plywood, but it is treated with chemicals=bad! I was thinking of using it just for the base though, the bottom of it would be covered with indoor/outdoor carpet. What do you think, how bout places to buy custom built cages. I want something nice for my ig that will be best for her but its not looking good.
