We went with an 18x24 Enerjoy panel which may actually be larger than we need for Mel's 6x6x3. Of course we won't know that until we can actually close up the enclosure...LOL... HD's definitely correct in that even though RHP's don't get as hot as CHE's do (approx. 400* vs 150*) they should still not come in contact with your ig.
It's mounted on the ceiling of the enclosure to allow for proper temperature gradients throughout the space. If you hook a temerature controller into the mix as well then you'll be able to control temp levels easier. WE're running ESU's controller right now and haven't had any problems with it either. Think HerpSupplies has them for under $30 but don't quote me...;)
In fact, you may want to drop them a line and let them know that you're interested in an RHP and would like their thoughts on size for your enclosure.
BTW, 6x6x4 should be fine for her. Just make sure that she has a hide box somewhere, that she has plenty to climb on/around, and that she can get within 18" of the UV source. If you place the basking source and the UV source together that usually takes care of it...
