Sorry to hear about the experience Kimberly. Definitely a good call looking for another vet I think. As far as eggs go, assuming that Zoe IS gravid, you've done just about everything that you can. The rest is up to her. You might want to increase her calcium intake a bit until you can get a second opinion just to be safe. If she's not getting enough calcium for the process, her body will start robbing from her bones to help form the eggs. Better to be safe than sorry and if it turns out that she's NOT gravid then a small increase in calcium for a short time won't hurt her.
