I would also recommend taking a camera with you to the store and try to get some pictures of the conditions. Then report to the mall and have a documented complaint. Then I would go back and take more pictures if nothing has changed. Also save anything that can show when the pictures where developed so that you can prove if nothing is done after complaining. Then I would start sending copies of the pictures to news papers and TV stations. If nothing else plaster some sign with the pictures and get some friend to help you pickit them. I wish you lots of luck in stopping this pet shop. You know you have all of our support. **** Sam ****
