Well in the south.....you can grill 90% lean beef but you best better have made a hamburger twice the size you want it to be, because while grilling it, it will shrink at least 50% in size!! LOL.....I think McDonalds gets their beef stuff from the south!! LOL
Now correct me if I"m wrong but hamburger meat shouldn't shrink anywhere close to that if it's 90% lean beef or at least Midwest beef doesn't. You can make a hamburger the size you want it and when you're done cooking it.....it's the same size as you started with. Maybe it's got to do with being "corn fed" beef instead of that instant feed-in-a-bag stuff (which could be some type of powdered grits)....southern ranchers use!!! LOL
As far as dandelions go, I believe they are related to cock roaches, been here since the beginning of time and will most likely continue even if the world ends. Not sure if there's a place in the US, other than the desert and mountain areas, that do not have them!
